wow..that's amazing!!!!!!

I was just thinking of posting something about how I see things that God allows to happen to me. I am so amazed just by his wonderful plan for me. Before I post this, I first check my email and I saw this email from one of my friends and so I decided to post this on my blog. Please read as follow;

Hey Kenya Team,

So... I think we all have been learning a lot about faith lately. In the past few weeks (maybe even months for you guys) our faith has been tested and put into the refiners fire. It has seen trials of many kinds and even what SEEMS to be impossible circumstances. And like a child asking her daddy, I have asked the Lord... Why?

... and this is all I got in response... His Word!

1 Peter 1:6-7

"In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.

These have come so that your faith- of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire - may be proved genuine and may result in praise glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed."

why is Faith so important?

...because just one of verse before it says...

1 Peter 1:5

"... through faith we are shielded by God's power

until the coming of the salvation

that is ready to be reavealed in the last time."

Through these trials He is strengthening our Faith!

Luke 1:45

"Blessed is she [he] who has believed

that what the Lord has said to her [him] will be accomplished."

These verses really encouraged me and I thought I would share them with you all.
