The true appreciation for all our dads for being role models in our lives has been portrayed through and from the word of God. First when I think of my dad, I just can not recall everything that I am so appreciative for and this just leads me to the fact that the word of God speaks clearly of that picture of a dad.

Psalms 68: 5 A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,
is God in his holy dwelling.


This really shows the picture of fathers toady how they should live and viewed by people of the community. There is the significant role in which God has given the fathers in which it will shape the life of the family and I think we can also look at it in the larger picture as the church.
